It is a momentous day in the world of Slylock Fox, for it is the day Max Mouse has finally decided to put on a shirt. Unfortunately, he and Slylock are still hopelessly clueless when it comes to fashion with their arbitrary, mismatched clothing choices and steadfast refusal to wear shoes even in the face of potential frostbite. Oh well, Slylock’s slavish devotion to property rights of the townsfolk against the likes of Shady Shrew is admirable, or he just gets some sick thrill over the prospect of hauling Shady Shrew off to jail in front of Shady’s nephew.

When I saw this comic, I just found it amusing that Slylock dragged Max out to freeze to death when he wasn’t needed. I didn’t even consider the fact that he’s usually shirtless.
